The stay was absolutely perfect. We were only supposed to stay for one night but extended it to 2 nights because we were having such a wonderful time. The best part were the staff. They are extremely nice, helpful & professional. Also the food was delicious and we really enjoyed the pool and the spa treatments. The facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. I cannot imagine a better stay. We are sorry but have to leave.

I was on my honeymoon trip. Stay was excellent, starting with laguna houseboat. It was way above my expectations. 30% more costly than other, but it was worth the cost. Houseboat room is same as hotel room and personalized service was excellent. All arrangements from my host Kiran was unbeatable. Hotel room specially pool villa was worth experiencing. I understand that “Zuri” in Swahili means “beyond expectations “and now apt it is .It is not that we had visions of mediocrity when we chose Zuri as our holiday destination for our first ever trip to Kerala. On the contrary we had researched the matter quiet thoroughly and expected it to be an exceptional property. For it to have then surpassed our expectations is not so much due to the grandeur of the property(we have seen some that are more beautiful )but the quality of the service. To have a G.M who noticed which city our passport was issued from and then to see him personally serve soup to the guests at dinner is what sets this property apart from the many we have visited. And perhaps no one symbolized this attention to detail as much as our host Linju.He was absolutely outstanding in the manner in which he looked after us-preempting our needs almost telepathically. I do not know when we will come back but we know now which is the property to recommend to all those who want to visit this part of “God’s own country”
