Great Service and Great Food!
Just got back from a week at the Five Star Zuri Hotel in Bangalore... GREAT SERVICE and GREAT FOOD... the staff is most responsive and friendly. I will certainly stay at this Hotel when I return. A Special thanks to Staff for making my day daily!!!

I found the architecture of the hotel to be very good.
Rooms are good and appropriately decorated. Could not find anything which was missing. The assets of the hotel industry are the service and staff and not the rooms. I have previously stayed in the Taj Vivanta, but will be returning to the Zuri instead. I found the facilities to be better, a greater range of Indian food, the price included internet access, and the hotel furnishing and decor has great character.
