^"I have been staying at different resorts every year in Goa but make it a point to stay at Zuri White Sands along with some other resort. My stay this time from 16th to 19th October 2017 was exceptional. I would like to appreciate the efforts of Mr. Tridip who was very kind in making all the arrangements, Mr. Conney in charge of the travel, Mr. Allwyn and Mr. Saby for driving me and my family around, Miss Leena at the front desk and the staff at Zuri for making it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I WOULD REALLY RECEMOND GUESTS TO STAY AT THE ZURI WHITE SANDS GOA as you are take care of right from the point of arrival till you depart. ^"

^"What a fantastic stay (1st Dec - 15th Dec 2017) we had - the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly - food very reasonable not at all what was expected - the free form pool was great and the grounds manicured. The beautiful beach was only a 3 to 4 minute stroll from the Hotel and when we got there virtually deserted apart from the odd cow. All the trips we made were organized by the hotel and all went with out a hitch with plenty to do in and around the area - this was possibly the best holiday we have enjoyed and we will without doubt return for round two.^"

Scope for improvement - Room for disabled should have a door hold open feature or auto close should be disabled because a person going by wheel chair would not be able to push and keep the door open.^"

^"This is just heaven on earth. So much positivity around us. People were so humble. We just loved our stay.^"

^"I stayed in The Zuri during the Pujas Holidays in October 2018. We were a group of four families. Awesome property with all rooms lagoon facing. Landscaping and architecture is splendid! Staffs are most cordial and their welcome was mind blowing! We enjoyed amenities and services like paddle boat, rafting, cycling, fishing, swimming pool, steam bath, sauna etc which were free. One thing not to miss is the sunset view with complimentary tea/coffee! The view of house boats in the backdrop of setting sun is really fantabulous! As the food (ala- carte) is expensive, we opted for buffet option for lunch and dinner. Buffet spread is decent. Mutton and beef dishes were really yum! Areas to improve: Informed the manager about the need for in-room amenities like AC and TV which required service/ replacement. We were guaranteed about immediate service. (Not considering it a serious issue as we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and collected a life time of good memories!) FIVE STARS!^"

^"Stayed for the 3 days and two nights. The resort is an excellent property with nice view of vembanad lake. The infinity pool and other recreation facilities are very good. The biggest turn down is food.... The food spread was so bad that on the second day night we had food from outside the resort. Apart from food everything else is excellent.^"

^"It\'s a lovely resort with a very helpful and attentive staff. The resort has been planned very well with an unobstruted view of the lagoon from every room. The rooms are family big and with all the facilities of any star resort. The approach road is very small. Which can be a problem for big vehicles. Any time other than the summer will be perfect for a leisure trip.^"

^"It was a complete delight to visit Zuri, Kumarakom this monsoon with my friends. Right from check in till check out the staff never gave a chance to complain. We were greeted with warm wet towels and fresh coconut water followed by a visit of property by the courteous staff. The spa and swimming pool were amazing. Buffet breakfast as well as a la carte dinner were phenomenal, being a north Indian I was pretty happy with the north Indian food they served. The cottage rooms were spacious and had a great view of the lagoon, bathroom was quite huge and comfortable. M truly glad we chose Zuri and nothing else for our holiday.^"

^"This is a very nicely located luxury resort with all facilities of a 5 star and an added attraction of a lagoon inside. The resort is at the shore of lake vembanad and runs sunset cruises on it in the evening. The resort has well equipped spacious rooms, a good spa and pool area, bicycles on offer and overall courteous staff^"

^"A beautiful place to spend a week with your family or friends. Lots of place for kids to run around. From what I\'ve seen, they have a tennis court, a quite a big place to play football (soccer) with goal post. One of the biggest pools I\'ve seen in Goa. The beach is walking distance and if you don\'t feeling like walking you can take a buggy. The food was OK. Nothing great. Hotel staff are polite and would have loved to stay and have a more detailed review.^"

The hotel was very peaceful.They had good swimming pools. Their beech was excellent unlike the local beaches of Goa. I totally recommend going to this hotel.^"

^"This is a very good resort in Goa. It has a wide variety of facilities including tennis courts, archery, yoga and more. It has a massive swimming pool that also includes a bar with cocktails at a wonderful value for money. The staff were really friendly and were polite throughout. The facilities were all very clean. At some point, you forget you\'re in India.^"

^"It was my wife\'s birthday and I wanted to make the best of it while in Goa. I am so glad we chose Zuri of all the options. Now to start with, I made a booking error where I booked a breakfast option with the stay even though we were to leave in an early morning flight. I called up the hotel a day prior and asked if the breakfast option could be moved to the previous day as of the check in. Not only did they oblige, but also allowed an early check in without a request. The service was super, one of the best I received in years. Upon check in, the staff was super polite, showed us and introduced us to different facilities of the hotel. Saw us to the breakfast area after which we completed the check in. The room was beautifully decorated (upgraded us without is asking to a pool view). The restaurant service at the pool was awesome too and we were greeted with smiles about almost everywhere we went. The beach is truly beautiful with white soft sand. A perfect place for couples to hang out and relax. The rest of the hotel premises had several facilities and entertainment relates options. The dinner catered to vegetarians more than it did to meat or sea food lovers, however the staff again was super understanding and served sea food on request within the buffet option. We were blown away by the service. It\'s a place highly recommended. I would choose none other than this hotel when I visit south Goa again.^"

^"We visited Zuri for Sunday brunch after 3 yrs or so. There was not much change in the menu as one would have expected it to be. The woodfired pizzas are great along with the non-vegetarian spread Wished they would have had a slightly better offering on the sweets (I have a sweet tooth). It\'s a good place to take kids along as they have a separate room for kids to play along with toys and other activities conducted by a professional person. This helps u eat n have good conversations, not worry about keeping an eye on the kids. Giving it 4 stars.^"

They provide good eco friendly transportation within the resort The restaurant and spa service good food, and they serve a good buffet for breakfast with international menus The property is on the backwater and service very good private cruising for the visitor. The negatives are the pricing and the location, but we will recommend this place if you want to spend the money^"

^"I have stayed in Zuri atleast 5 times now during my business trips to Bangalore. The front desk and the housekeeping are always very adept at their work. The rooms are well maintained with all possible amenities. Gym is open 24 hours. The best part is the morning breakfast which always delights with delicious food. I will continue to choose Zuri as my preferred hotel whenever I go to Bangalore in the future.^"

^"One of the best 5 star resorts in Kumarakom!...I\'ve been there a couple of times and never felt boring or enough....the place always has got a warm welcome touch!....the staffs are so cooperative and the service is top notch!....It\'s a little bit on the expensive side but that\'s what you will get once you pay for it....lol...:D The Bar is located near the lake and trust me its awesome!....the couch is so comfy to sit and relax. The view towards the backwaters provide the ambiance we need. Food and buffet are nice with lots of variety dishes...Rooms are awesome and what else to say, you gotta be there to experience Zuri!.....^"
